How long does it take for the account to be set up?
Account setups are fairly quick, and your account is usually up and running within a few hours. For proper configuration, we will send you a link to log in to your existing listings, such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, and others. This allows us to obtain details on your current listings. Rest assured, we are here to assist you through phone, email, or remote sessions to ensure everything is set up smoothly.
Is there any contract involved?
No. Cancellation requires 30 days' advance notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted online, and within 30 days from the date of notice, your account will be cancelled.
When I request cancellation, does the recurring payment stop immediately?
Our services are prepaid, and you can cancel with 30 calendar days' notice. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 15th of each month and you request cancellation on the 20th, your service will be canceled on the 20th of the following month. Just ensure you provide a 30-day notice for cancellation. For cancellation click here.
Upon cancellation, what happens to my citations such as Google and others?
Upon cancellation, you will still have full access to your accounts on platforms like Google, Yelp, or any other citation sites directly. We do not sync the data to your medCQ account anymore after cancellation.

What is a local rank tracker?

It tracks how your website ranks in search engine results pages (SERPs) for selected keywords in different geographical areas. This helps you understand your local SEO performance over time.
What is local square grid?
A local square grid, or geolocation rank tracker, is a more granular way of tracking a business's local rankings. It shows rankings across a local area, divided into a grid. What is local search engine optimization (SEO)?
Local SEO is the process of optimizing your local business listing and website so they can rank more effectively in search engine results pages (SERPs) with a local intent. It involves focusing on your Google Business Profile, obtaining reviews, and building citations to enhance your business's visibility and ranking in local search results.

What does NAP stand for?
NAP stands for three crucial pieces of local business information commonly found in directory listings, review sites, and other business profiles:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
Each element of NAP provides essential information to local consumers, making it easier for them to contact or visit your business. If any of these elements are missing from a business mention, it’s referred to as a partial NAP.
Why NAP Consistency is Important?
Incorrect information shared online can have negative consequences for your local business. In the case of NAP (name, address, and phone number) citations, any inaccuracy or inconsistency can threaten your local search presence and harm consumer trust in your business.
Why are duplicate business listings a problem?
While it might seem like having multiple listings could make it easier for potential customers to find you, duplicate business listings can actually harm your local SEO efforts. Google Business Profile doesn’t allow duplicate listings, indicating the importance of maintaining a single, accurate profile on industry directories. Duplicate listings can confuse search engines and customers, dilute your online presence, and negatively impact your search rankings.
