Is there a long-term contract?
No. Cancellation requires 30 days' advance notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted online, and within 30 days from the date of notice, your account will be cancelled.
When I request cancellation, does the recurring payment stop immediately?
No. Our services are prepaid. When you place a cancellation request, you still have to carry on the balance for the next 30 days. The recurring payment will stop after this period.
